AquaTrust is a borehole maintenance subscription service that works for you. For one fixed monthly payment, we will do everything in our power to prevent your borehole from breaking down and, if it does, we will fix the problem at no additional cost to you.

How AquaTrust works
Simple and secure, AquaTrust’s subscription service makes it easy to get and keep your community’s borehole well in working order so you have clean water flowing from it each and every day.

5 Essential Services

Initial Upgrade
After enrolling, your community will receive a full set of new, high-quality borehole parts installed our certified borehole technicians.

Preventative Maintenance
To prevent breakdowns, you will receive monthly maintenance and comprehensive pump testing by AquaTrust staff.

Annual Overhauls
AquaTrust’s certified technicians will remove all borehole parts, inspect them, and replace any that are worn or show signs of failure.

Daily Pump Tests
Our staff will collect daily pump data to predict problems so they can be fixed before breakdowns occur.

24hr Emergency Response
If your borehole breaks down, report the problem via phone or SMS and AquaTrust will respond within 24 hours.
