After enrolling, your community will receive a full set of new, high-quality borehole parts installed by our certified borehole technicians.
24-HOUR EMERGENCY RESPONSE
If your borehole breaks down, report the problem via phone or SMS and AquaTrust will respond within 24 hours.
OVERHAULS
Every other year, AquaTrust's certified technicians will replace parts that wear down and restore the pump to optimal performance.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
To prevent breakdowns, you will receive quarterly maintenance and comprehensive pump testing by AquaTrust staff.
BONUS: REMOTE PUMP MONITORING
Select AquaTrust water points are remotely monitored using high-tech remote sensors that allow us to identify and respond to developing problems before they occur.

HAND PUMPS
3,000 Ugandan shillings per household per month.Separate fees apply to institutions.
SOLAR SCHEMES
